CommentDefender vs CommentGuard
Both tools do the same core job: watch your Facebook and Instagram comments around the clock and hide spam, scams and abuse before they cost you a customer. This page is the short version of where they actually differ — including the places CommentGuard is further along than we are.

Where we differ
Three real differences
Replies drafted by Claude Coming soon
Our AI replies will run on Anthropic's Claude, grounded in a knowledge base you write — your products, your policies, your tone — against CommentGuard's OpenAI-only, no model choice. Ours is not live yet, so today this is a reason to watch us rather than a reason to switch. Replies are drafted for review; you decide what gets sent.
14 days to evaluate, not 7
Neither product asks for a card up front. Ours gives you 14 days instead of seven — enough to see a full posting cycle, including a weekend and a paid campaign, before you decide anything.
A smaller first step
Our ladder starts at $9/mo for 1,000 comments a month, against $29 for their smallest plan. If you run one page rather than twenty, you are not buying a tier built for someone else.
The honest part
Where CommentGuard is ahead today
CommentGuard ships a full automation subsystem: a keyword or emoji in a comment triggers a public reply from a rotating set of variations, with an optional delay to keep it looking human. If comment-to-lead automation is the job you are hiring a tool for, they do it now and we do not.
They are also further along on bulk inbox actions, muting an author, and per-automation reporting. We would rather you read that here than discover it in week two of a trial.
Try it against your own comments
Connect a page and watch what gets hidden. Moderation starts from the moment you connect — neither tool goes back through comments you already have.
