By accessing or using commentdefender.com or the CommentDefender application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

CommentDefender provides automated comment moderation, a unified inbox, and AI-assisted replies for Facebook and Instagram Pages and accounts you connect.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be authorized to manage any Pages or accounts you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and sub-users you invite.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
• You are responsible for the content of replies sent through the Service.

5. Meta Platform compliance

Your use of Facebook and Instagram features is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook™ and Instagram™ are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans, free-trial terms, renewals, and cancellations are described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by CommentDefender. You retain rights to your content; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentDefender is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
