Every client's comments, no shared logins
The usual way an agency moderates a client's Page is with the client's own password, or by being added to a Business Manager and hoping the access is scoped properly. CommentDefender gives each person their own login and limits them to the Pages they are supposed to see.

Two dials, per person
Everyone you invite gets a role and a list of Pages. The role decides what they can do; the Page list decides where. A VA on three of your forty Pages sees three Pages — the others do not exist as far as their account is concerned.
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including billing, connecting Pages and inviting people. Keep this to your own staff. |
| Manager | Moderation rules, connected Pages and the inbox — but not billing and not the team. The right role for a senior account manager. |
| Moderator | The inbox: hide, unhide, delete, reply. Cannot change a rule or touch billing. The right role for a VA, and for a client who wants to watch. |
The Page restriction is set on the invitation, so somebody is scoped before their first login rather than after it.
Forty Pages
Set one Page up, then copy it
Rules belong to a single Page here. Nothing is inherited from an account-wide tier, because there is no account-wide tier — which is exactly right when a restaurant client and a political campaign need different definitions of "negativity", and exactly annoying when you have just tuned the same eight rules forty times.
So there is a copy: take one Page's rule set and apply it to as many others as you like, up to two hundred at a time. It replaces what those Pages had rather than merging, which is blunt on purpose — after a copy you know exactly what every target Page is running.
Billing
Pages and seats are not what you pay for
Unlimited Pages, unlimited Instagram accounts and unlimited team members on every plan, including the smallest. The only metered thing is comment volume across everything you have connected, so adding a quiet client costs nothing and one loud campaign is what moves you up a tier. One subscription, one invoice, all clients.

Three things agencies ask for that we do not have
Everything else on this page exists today. We would rather lose the sale here than in week three of an onboarding.
Connect one client and see
Start with a single Page, invite one person, and check they see only what you meant. That takes about five minutes and answers the only question that matters.
